The location is fantastic and stunning and there is a S-Bahn station minutes from the hotel.

The room was brand-new, it came with cupboard, a couch, for example.

Absolutely perfect location close to a shopping centre, all supermarkets and a center of a town, righ at the beginning of pedestrian and shopping zone, restaurants and bars were short distance from the hotel.

Good and excellant location in the very nice area, with a S-Bahn station minutes from the hotel. Situated only 1 km from Karlsplatz.

I have stayed in standard king room with bath, the internet, the bedroom for 2 nights. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, at a medium distance from a main shopping street.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Got brand-new and well-appointed suite with double bed when arrived, liked that.

The venue was set in the super central position just next door to a great Italian restaurant called the Santa Lucia and shopping streets and a train station.

We enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. Our stay here was good, decent base for exploring Stuttgart. The room was silent and new-fashioned with the internet, large bathroom with shower, for example. Perfect location, Stuttgart airport was 15 km away. The service here was exceptional.

Well laid out and good-sized hotel unit with double bed. Three windows and a couch were nice. Particularly good and excellent location in Stuttgart and minutes from a S-Bahn station. Great trip in this very very nice area.

The hotel was clean and had helpful and attentive staff from 3 shift. We had a nice, separate living area and a sofa in the standard king room. The location was magnificent, not very far from a main shopping street. There where restaurants and bars close to the place.

Perfect and magnificent location, we were just next door to the Konigstrasse, main shopping district, and the Oberer Schlossgarten park. Nicely decorated room, that also was modern with double bed.

it was the best possible and strategic location minutes from a s-bahn station. besides, the area was very very nice, next to an arts theater.

I must comment on its very central location - it was excellent. A 5-minute walk will take you to The Burger Republic, where you can eat.

The hotel was in a super central setting to the center of he city. What's more, it was right by the pedestrian zone, and the alley.

The double room was large with exceptionally comfortable beds. I could see city from the room. The location was strategic, close to Siebener Denkmal.

Schillerplatz very close to the hotel was a big bonus. There is a good food option within 200 m - hans im gluck. We really enjoyed royal. Private parking was provided to the guests.

A kind of great service. We went to Triple B for dinner, it was only 500 metres away and we where satisfied. We loved staying at royal. We think we can recommend to anyone.
